World War III?

North Korea said Saturday it has entered into a "state of war" with South Korea, continuing escalation of harsh rhetoric against Seoul and Washington after he came under severe international sanctions for its nuclear tests.

"From this moment, relations between North and South will enter a state of war and all issues arising between North and South will be handled accordingly," said a statement released by the official news agency of North Korea, KCNA.

Both countries have been technically at war since their 1950-1953 conflict ended with an armistice, not a peace agreement. (Reporting by Sung-won Shim, Editing by Peter Cooney Spanish)
